Nice comfy base for traveling to Medellin and exploring local places. Friendly staff with knowledge of the place. Quiet room with an excellant bathroom and shower. Unbeatable and marvellous location in Medellin, close enough to a nearby restaurant, Colombia and other countries and Medellin. Also, in a great neighbourhood.

Everything from the cozy rooms with a cute little terrace to the well-maintained common areas showed that the hotel cares about its guests' comfort. Lastly, the location in this great neighborhood was perfect. We had easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and banks, making our stay even more convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Ayenda 1258 Boutique Laureles Home. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was excellent with a great shower. The common area was inviting, and the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The location was convenient, with a supermarket just across the street. I also enjoyed the balcony in my room. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The delivery trucks to the nearby supermarket would sometimes disturb me in the morning, which might be bothersome for late sleepers like myself.

I also appreciated the convenient location, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with two supermarkets just a few steps away and plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area. the hotel also had two high-quality kitchens that we were able to use, which was a huge plus. One downside during our weekend stay was that it was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the hotel is near a busy street, so there was a lot of traffic noise.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to two major supermarkets and many restaurants. , public transportation was easy to access. I loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer available for guests to use.

There was an issue with overcharging that needed to be resolved with the management. This was the only negative aspect of my stay.
